Missing Samples?

Please give your students the following instructions if they are missing a sample or any other part of their kit.

If you are missing a sample (or any other part of the kit), please e-mail us and let us know:

• Missing sample NUMBER
• Missing sample NAME
• Your full name
• Your complete mailing address
• Eco+ Edition (Natural-color Binder) or Eco Edition (Green Binder)

We will send a replacement part ASAP. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. But we appreciate the opportunity to make every kit complete!
