If you are missing a sample (or any other part of your kit), just e-mail us within 60 days of purchase for a prompt replacement piece.

Please let us know:

• Missing sample NUMBER
• Missing sample NAME
• Your full name
• Your complete mailing address
• Eco+ Edition (Natural Binder) or Eco Edition (Green Binder)

We will send you a replacement part ASAP. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. But we appreciate the opportunity to make every kit complete!
