  • Quantity required, minimum 5 for first order (after term begins, smaller re-orders accepted, or ask students to order individually from our retail site)
  • Purchase order number (3.3% convenience fee applies to credit card orders)
  • How soon you need the kits
  • UPS or Fed Ex Collect #, if applicable
  • Any special shipping instructions (we usually ship within 2-4 business days, but will accommodate Next Day and 2nd Day whenever possible, on orders received before noon each day)

Shipping and Handling

  • 5% of order total, with $15 minimum charge, via UPS OR collect via your carrier

Payment Terms

• Purchase orders are accepted from high school, college, university, and bookstore customers with record of timely payment; payment terms are Net 30 days. All other customers must pre-pay.
• When you receive our shipment, accepting the shipment constitutes acceptance of the product prices and shipping charges. Please Contact Us ASAP if you note any damage, discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
• Wholesale orders should be paid by ACH/EFT or credit card through QBO or email us for banking info for ACH/EFT.
• There may be an administrative charge for every 30 days an invoice is late. Customers consistently paying late may be placed on credit hold or pre-pay basis.
  

Returns Policy

• All returns must be in like-new condition, still in the shrink wrap, and with ISBN label affixed. Opened kits may not be returned.
• WE CANNOT ISSUE CREDIT FOR OPENED KITS, so please do NOT accept them from students. If a student tries to return an opened kit to the bookstore stating that it is defective, please refer them directly to us. We will resolve their problem, replacing whatever part of their kit is missing or defective, within the first 60 days of purchase.
• We accept bookstore returns within 90 days of invoice date without any permission required. After 90 days, we require permission to return. Permission will be granted as long as product is still current. Special orders are exempt from the above stated return privileges and considered on a case-by-case basis for partial credit.
• We apply a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
• If you have a credit balance, it can only be refunded to you after one year from date of credit memo. In the meantime, please apply your credit balance to any new orders.
